Good work envoirment and culture. Treatment are supportive and the management is transparent but carrier growth is very slow as well as salary hike also

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. Basically it is a maintenance company provides services to steel companies. It is on its developing stage with a wide range of work areas. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures and we work happily as a team. Because of that work environment is also little bit stress relief.

Dislikes

No system are followed here. I mean there is no performance appraisal. Compensation is ok but growth is little bit slow. It's an owner based company. Work pressure is very high.

Nothing to like about this company. Higher management are not good descion maker. And site involment is very less. They trust on back bitching done by anyone. No organised system of HR and No good policies.

IN THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD WE SAW A VERY UNESPECTED THINGS IN OUR COUNTRY AND THE ENTIRE WORLD ECONONMIC. MANY PEOPLE WERE GOT UNEMPLOYED AND OUR ECONOMIC GROWTH DIVES LIKE BEAR, BUT IN THIS CRUCIAL PERIOD SOME COMPANIES WERE SUPPORTS OUR PEOPLES AND I THINK MY COMPANY DONE VERY WELL IN THIS PERIOD IN ALL SECTORS, LIKE - WORK ENVIRONMENT, GROWTH THE MOST IMPORTANT JOB SECURITY AND COMPENSATION.
