At Uni-tech you will get good learning and excellent career growth. Regarding work culture, I would say it's excellent, nowhere you will get better than this.

What I admire about UNI-TECH is its company culture and values. The company has a safe working environment. There are several challenges thrown at us, but the management is always there to guide us and we all work a high functioning team. Tremendous learning and growth opportunities. The company has own R&D facility and always open for innovation and building technologically advanced products and solutions.

Dislikes

Sometimes, work-life balance can go for a toss but we make our way through it.
