Worst Management and managers and highly biased managers preferences is given only to favorable employees who convey internal information to managers absence of him in the office. No team co-ordination worst team members who keep personal grudges.

...e is pretty challenging. Especially for fresher and associate level job seekers. However, salary for beginners is poor. Annual hike is average in the range of 5-9% Promotional hike could be in the bracket of 20-30% Work from home is available depending upon your project. Free transportation facility.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Extremely poor associate engagement policies. If you are put into graveyard shift or weekend shifts, the canteen will have almost nothing to eat. Even the Managing director of Unisys India has been made aware of the issue on multiple platforms but no action taken. Zero assistance with regards to education, courses and certification. Even if your manager approves a certification course for you, the higher management rejects it citing budget constraints. Few outdated and prehistoric technologies are still in use. Every 4-5 years, Unisys has an informal policy of downsizing the workforce. During this time, rampant firing takes place regardless of merit. Being in the good books of your manager is the only thing that can save you.

I don't see any good reason to like this company. This is a typical corporate which makes money off Indians and our unemployment rate.

Dislikes

Stressful work environment, 10-hour workday, You will be forced to come to office even if you can do the job at home, Unable to avail leaves easily even though we deserve them, you will be burdened with work if they realize that you know what you are doing, No salary increments or appraisals for the extra work you are forced to do here. The salary is not worth comparing to the work we do there.

... boost to my career.. It made me stuck with things which we can't come out of... No salary hike... All the appraisal drama is just for name sake.. No change in position more over f...ng office politics...

The company had a work-life balance, but now you're supposed to come three days a week.

Dislikes

...w process and a new rule book. There is no trust for employees in leadership. There has been no salary hike for the past 3 years. No role code change or promotion Can be terminated anytime, even if you are a top performer.
