Unisys was very fast to implement work from home and there infrastructure was setup very fast. Managers understand and support well atleast the one with whom I worked but every basket has one bad apple so don't expect the same from everyone. Good campus and gym

... and there is no transparency with incentives and also it's drastically reduced. Salary hikes are delayed and not that great. You may see favouritism by some managers toward certain people but there are good managers as well so it all depends on luck. Working hours are more and office is like located very far. I used to spend around 13 hours which includes travel and office so less time for social life. Also transport is free but routing is not favourable.

I don't see any good reason to like this company. This is a typical corporate which makes money off Indians and our unemployment rate.

Dislikes

Stressful work environment, 10-hour workday, You will be forced to come to office even if you can do the job at home, Unable to avail leaves easily even though we deserve them, you will be burdened with work if they realize that you know what you are doing, No salary increments or appraisals for the extra work you are forced to do here. The salary is not worth comparing to the work we do there.

... boost to my career.. It made me stuck with things which we can't come out of... No salary hike... All the appraisal drama is just for name sake.. No change in position more over f...ng office politics...

The company had a work-life balance, but now you're supposed to come three days a week.

...w process and a new rule book. There is no trust for employees in leadership. There has been no salary hike for the past 3 years. No role code change or promotion Can be terminated anytime, even if you are a top performer.

Unisys is good company and culture also good .salary’s also good.

Dislikes

I am not happy with the team they used to do humiliate the people and try to decrease confidence levels which was bad actually. May other team members not like my team members.
