No salary on time,getting leave is a big hassle. There's no cafeteria in office premises. Office is followed by 'shout over junior employees' culture. They deduct salary on every single issue which is even never credited into account on time. I'll not suggest to anyone. There's no appraisal and can't even think of work life balance.

They send you very far sites for project in 3rd class AC from whom you have to travel 2 days atleast and they don't pay your expenses and if pay then cut various parts from it for no reason.

I request everyone, please do not submit your original certificate for 1 year bond. They tell you, this bond is just for one year. But after one year, if you leave the job, the told you, 1st complete you site then they refund your original certificate if not they charge you 50k. There are no job satisfaction as a mechanical engineer. There is data entry job. They tell you, if you get a government job, then they refund ur certificate. But it's not true. So please be careful.
