...ompetent dean of academic and pastoral. Biased and unhealthy working atmosphere. No increase in salary after working so hard. A place for gossip led by the principal and her group. No time for self. Forced by the principal to do hostel duty. It affected my mental health. Stay away from such a torturing place. No sick leaves. Does not care of wellbeing of staff. Living quarters attached with hostel where family cannot visit. Expects staff to become a sadhvi.

...e principal likes those kind of people. Long working hours and bad leave policy. 2 days of salary was deducted for my sick leave. No personal time but the institution wants your extra time for everything. On Sundays you are made to sit till 5pm in the reception. A waste of time! It makes a fool of everyone. Parents, students and teachers. Principals and vice principals want to copy the schools from where they come from. There is no originality in operations. Only copy. Communication between parents and school is pathetic and so is between teachers and management. Lots of unnecessary rules to kill creativity and honesty among employees. No training or upgradation of teachers. Only suitable for freshers. Salary is cut for petty issues, even for the fault of thier software. No holidays to unwind. Wants to copy and incorporate all the bad practices of legacy schools but not the good ones.

Worst environment I have ever seen in industry. Higher management is arrogant, I'll treat staffs and bully staffs. Not recommend to anyone. Its meant only for the persons with back biting and chaplusi as their skillset. Plz have a distance with such organization.

In Unison whether it's academic or admin staff all are very cooperative and supportive .I love to be a part of unison family.

As I am here to learn many new things so yet I am learning so I don't dislike anything here

Nothing at all. It's a cage and the school management liked to keep the staff in fear always

Dislikes

Everything. From morning assembly to evening prep everything is complicated. They call themselves international and don't even give laptop to girls.
