... report and sonography...and you were admitted and not capable to call them...they don't call on your emergency numbers (from the form) even though they directly stops employee's salary and abscoding without any type of mail or intimation or call or massage. When you recover from your illness you suddenly become aware that you are job less and you don't get salary too. This is my personal experience. It is better to do house hold work...but never suggest to my enemy to join UNISOn

...person like their own space and hr thinks that they are owner of the company. In a very very small requirements hr never thought to help their employees but even they always ready to take gross salary payment from the employee. Simple funda is they provide less opportunity....less learning....and provide high package....so after sometime analyst become poor in their subjects and ctc package bacome so high that no other company will select them...and they have to do job in this type of profile... Some issue observed by qc or qa head they have to first ask HR person than HR person will intimate to plant head...

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are Fair and they givr good salary hike and bonus every year

Exposure level is less, poor salary structure, poor rating system, Un hygenic condition to work, as company is in steel town to much water in monsoon(we have to walk in water and have to wet shoes till ankle to reach company no other option)and too much dust in other seasons.

Political environment, other activities aslo ok but work improve low, level person not say problem,niche no employee koi taklif kahi sakto nathi Ex daily over time ,bus timeing change kem ke trafic to much Unit 1 me to kim zon jevu environment che je hu kau e sachu bhale ne bijo sacho hoy me 13 years job kari as exicutive but last 3 years ma environment bau kharab tai gau hatu so me unison noti chodvi to pan chodvi padi

Company culture is best because every religion culture was performed some like navratri ,Diwali etc.

Dislikes

Work culture is very best , but at some point our skil development was stop because no development in new work.
