There is a huge compensation gap in salary , and as well as salary not paid on time and they will deduct your salary for every pitty thing , if you do not complete your targets you won't get your in hand salary

Nothing. This is the most pathetic organisation. MD will ask you to download tinder all the time and is a big womaniser.

Pathetic is an understatement. You will never get your salary on time. MD surely knows how to make employees life hell. Won’t let you put CV on naukri too. Worst company with cheapest management around. Will force tou to work 10 hours a day or else salary will get deducted.

I spent 2 years in Unison. And that is my great learning and goal achievement centre. I polished myself in this company. So many good things I can't explain in words. Yes, some issues with the targets of the CVs, this is our weakness, if we are enabled to share minimum 5 CVs with the clients, Unison will cut some dedication. This is part of our job. Unison told me before the joining and I accepted. Some time I was short of CVs but the company did not deduct anything because I have good results in my revenue targets.
