They are among the highest salary paying groups in Dehradun. There so many business intricacies that the employee gets very good experience, especially if you are starting your career. The promoter of the group has amazing foresight and vision, which gives lot of opportunity to learn how the upper management thinks.

Dislikes

It's a one-man show... You do what he says, when he says. True that they pay good, but for that you won't have much of personal life and once you are in, it's very difficult to get out as they won't give raise easily and nobody else in the market will match there salary.. so it's kind of double edged sword.. plus other than salary there are none/very little benefit.
