All politics especially Delivery Head behaves his company and tourchers all employees they never pay salary's on times (2- 3 months 1 time) HR never take care employee always employees need to beg for salaries - they always tells follow client process (clients are far better then company )

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt the latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.

Good start up company to Career start, Learning is good. Company has good potential but i am giving one star rating for the one person 'K'.

Earlier it was blacklisted many times. Delay in salary or no pay. I was good in skills but I was getting only 8k and that is for 2 years. 3 years bond. Freaher joins here and then Pay bond amount to break after getting some experience. Employees are given very less salary. Only one person 'K' takes all the money from this 'Limited' company by trapping fresher, client and all. That is why after 25 years the company is still a start company, no growth. The company has branch in Chitragurga, KA registered as a Institute 'KLabs' to deceive Tax. One branch in Singapore and other few places in other countries, does all kinds of out sourcing. All profit goes to one person K's pocket. IT department should seal everything and his properties for auction to grow this company and hand over this company to a board of managements. Within 5 years the company will become an MNC. I started my career here so would love to see it to grow. But I am sure there are lots of forgeries are going one by this one person and blocking everything for his own profit.

Worse company I am not Salaried 2. No PF is credited for last many months 3. After filling up details on Appraisal Application further no action is been taken 4. Laptop damaged money 💸 not given. 5. Project Expenses is not reimbursed yet
