...ted, leaving employees with little opportunity for growth or career advancement. Additionally, Unislink seems to put profit over the well-being of its staff, offering low pay with few benefits and minimal work-life balance. Employee turnover is high, which speaks volumes about how unsatisfied the workforce is. Overall, working at Unislink Healthcare was an extremely negative experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy, supportive, or professional work environment.

Absolutely Nothing.

One of the bad HR-Krishna Vasudeva we have in this company. He is not polished and doesn't deserves to be as an HR. Unprofessional attitude. He is so rude to employees and doesn't give freedom. My request to management is to take action against him as he doesn't bring any professional attitude to his role.

Dirty politics and worst policies, leaves cannot be taken even if we have leave balance, No emergency leave can be taken and also they have 1.5 leave per month, they will put lop even for half day, so cheap

It is knowledge based company and able to learn end to end process in US healthcare in AR process.

Dislikes

Higher level management does not have knowledge in US Healthcare and do not maintain work criteria. There is no security guard appointed for night shift female employees in cab.

end to emd process with good clients, will help and support you all the time, but when it comes to appraisals are only for their chain families, castes etc

Dislikes

3 years of work exp, never satisfied with their appraisal, im not greedy for money just wanted my child to study with the money we earn so that it will help them in future, we dont even have assets or small piece of land, growth means it shud be company along with complete employees not with managers or their sisters.
