...ality in job security. More priority to Bengali employees in job requirements. .Salary not credited timely. Uncertainty of Site allowances to employees.

... the personnel are good. Period training is given to all. Job security is good. Deserving employees are given promotions and or pay raises. Quarterly appraisal is done. Like in any other company, low key politics is in existence. Scope of learning is good. Overall, it is a good place to work in.

Company have good profile but financial condition of company is not good. Due to financially condition mostly site have closed.other benefits are good but HR not carrying about other facilities.HR and financial portion are very weak.

The first thing you consider after getting a job is the work environment and coordination from seniors and colligues, Uniseven provide me that environment. Being a GTE it was hard for me to adjust with the new lifestyle as well as to understand the scenario of my work profile, for that all you need is a support from your seniors, that is where Uniseven push me up.Apart from that as it is a construction based company, each and every day is different from the last day, so self development is better than other industrial job field.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I can complain or dislike about Uniseven. I just want to switch my field, that's why I'm searching for new opportunities.

It is almost a new organisation. Every individual has implemented their own work culture. Management / company policies are not experienced / good for the future of employees.

Proper management decision to run the projects / business smoothly.
