Its a new starting in construction field with yong and dynamic visio of MD atul yadav sir,but need many policies updation as Hr and inventory policy is not as better it should to be . that's the part where they are trying to do their best,so best of luck to company for better future,also request to responsible management that they should care their staff as this company is in its growing fase.

1.There is no work life balance and specific work schadule. 2. Salary not time even 3-4 months delay. 3. No job security is there. They can fire you anytime without any valid reason. 4. No skill devlopment, no job satisfaction, 5. Working environment and culture not good. They don't have any specific structure for work and reporting. 6. Directors they don't know what they are doing and what they want to do.

...ny job culture no skill development even not week of only the mental harassment.salary never comes on time he gives after 3 or 4 months salary,some time after 6 month .there is HR person name Sanjay panda he is fraud Man only gives sweet word with new candidate. Cheap type contractor not a company.
