...s bond and they seize your original documents which is actually illegal process. Salary is the lowest considering profile also most of the colleges are from non IT background. Salary credit on 8th next month. No leaves are approved they ask to adjust the shifts. For Growth you need to wait a lot which makes it difficult in terms of money in hand. Senior people don't actually respect the work or organisation they break the rules often n that's a casual thing. I will suggest plz search any other better option.

Before this corona situation the company was good but in in this situation they really dont care abt the employee

In this corona time from the month of march i have faced too much difficulties the company didnt credit my salary they even kept the salary on hold for very reasons the senior boss were also rude while talking they dont even reply to your mails... Despite explaning them the situation the company dosent care about you.....they do whatever they want they dont care about employees

Rolwin sir is nice but the Wipro staff are really frustrated to his work they are treated l1 engineer like slave never giving u technical knowledge manager has to create his own dependency

Worst experience no work life balance 6 days working hr is also not good and senior is also not good there is 2 year bond they also keep marksheet and for some reason if you don't want to continue than they pressurized complete the bond or pay fine I'm not continue this because of worst culture they didn't give me my one month salary .

Working with group of FM's and resolving with them , throughout this we learn how to know each other how to react on escalation etc.

Some time it's not manageable to have attension on each FM's as we have 5-6 locations were we work as an group.Some time we won't get trainings for new upgradation. Etc Other wise ita good as an family to work with wipro and uniquee
