This is a possibly the worst company that you could ever work for. First it starts with the salary. The salary is normally 3 months late, when covid came, we were not paid for the lockdown period which was 1 and a half month. and after that they stared deducting 15% of the salary in the name of covid from may 2020 to Feb. 2021. We were working without any leaves but our deducted salary was not paid. The HR doesn't care about your well being. When i got covid as i was working for the company , they didn't even felt asking me about my well being, not even a single message came from the HR, and the time i was recovering from the covid, they deducted my salary as i was not able to go to my site. In Humane . Its like they want us to work them for free. There were times when i had paid site expenses from myself as the company didn't had , money for petty site expenses like water camper bills, which was later reimburse after multiple calls to the accounts team. You will not get the required materials like tiles and cement, for months, and later the owners will behave as if they had provided you all the things and its you who are not working. I had resigned i may, it is September now, and still my final settlement is not cleared by the company. I have mailed HR multiple times but he didin't even bother to reply. I messaged the MD also, but i feel they are in no mood to clear my salary or to pay . This is the same story for many employees. Please reconsider joining if you have any offer from the company, or you are planning to buy a home with them. The feel employees are asked to rate the company positively, coz the things they have said in pros are no where to find in this company.

Pathetic organisation, poor quality construction and worst maintenance. Cheat customers and employees both. Seems to be siphoning customers money illegally either out of India or parking somewhere else. Not completing projects for decades even after getting full payment from customers.

ExcellentGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...re making fraud with their customers and also making fraud with their employees. They don't give salary on time. Not able to handover projects to customers.
