Very bad management, no safty,no extra pay, everyday is a working day for unipower including sunday holidays, no pf and esi for every person, general manager swapna is a worst , uneducated woman i don't know how she is eligible for the general manager for the whole complete unit of unipower transformers ...she is a lier and froad she buys very bad core for transformers and at the end every transformer become high loss and workers need to struggle to reduce the loss..etc etc...if you didnt get any job go for it or go for other company or jobs.....

The only benefit i got is that the company were near from my home . So the travel expense were very low . And I got good friends from the company . And I have learnt some technical works from my co-workers . These are the benefits i earned from unipower

Dislikes

They only care about the profit of company . They treat workers as robots who works more than 12 hr including sunday . All-over very bad experience from Unipower . It is better to be a jobless guy than as a worker in unipower
