Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

MD shows you big dream but all are just a dream .

All fake promises and fake offer letter joining letter .all were fake.i done lot for unipik even before my working period and after my working period unipik turn over never crosses 10 lakh but in my working span it was above 50 lakh .but atlast I got descive Fromeunipik
