1. Salary structure is very good. It is at par with most MNCs in Metro cities. 2. Team mates support you well. 3. Medical cover and medicine reimbursement facility serves you well.

Dislikes

1. Office politics is there. So called 'chamcha giri' can be seen and those guys get promoted early and get good increment. 2. Director is a bully. He is quite stubborn and old fashioned in approach. 3. Location is very bad. It is located in a village inside a small town called Vapi. 4. Very poor conveyance facilities. 5. HR and management policies are pathetic. Only the director is the king and he sets all policies. Almost all policies are against employee welfare. 6. No option for doing work from home. 7. Six days a week job, that too from early morning 8 AM to 5 PM. 8. No option for training. Have to learn all by self. 9. Office infrastructure is pathetic. Chairs are not at all ergonomic. 10. Work-life balance is not good. 11. Canteen food is horrible. Feel like puking. 12. No recreation facilities are available.
