... there is lot of seniors who are extremely lasy people with lot of bad attitude. They never give appropriate bonus or incentives to any one only put every money in there pockets. This is the company which will give you targets as per industry standards but they will not give you bonus or increament at that time they will start searching new guys to whom they can hire on cheaper cost so that they don't have to give you bonus. Verry pathetic mentality guys are there.

Below industry pay package Promotions/grades are not well defined as per experience hence alot of disparity No work from home

- Colleague were the only best thing. - Job security is ok

- Every department has boss with more than 10 year experience which does not listen to anyone, may insult you, scold you - They managers do not have sense to talk to associate - They don't want you to take breaks, smalls breaks aren't allowed - Associates aren't happy at all in the organisation - From HR executive to IT guys everyone are just irritated with work - Upper management has nothing to do with employees, they just need good numbers in AUM that's it! - They pay less and ask to work on Sat-Sun - You work 5 days in office and 2 days from office - Your marketing manager can work from home but when you want to do the same some how it's not possible - Work here is just same and no skill development - They do not give good appraisal - Your work won't be appreciated in the marketing department - There is no work satisfaction at all

This company ruined my career. I worked there very short span of time of 3 months. I was compelled to give my resignation here because of bad behaviour of reporting manager Prianka Roy. In my location four guys joined and left in six months due to bad work culture. Now I am struggling for job of more than one year. Very terrible work culture is there.

Likes

All the employees used to corporate with interns and help them to learn more about their works and industry. Overall they paid really well to interns as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Career growth is limited.
