I like the culture and upper management. I like how the founders keep motivating everyone and keep a close eye on the company, while also not micromanaging it. I enjoy the fun times and there is definitely a lot of scope for growth here when taken the initiative!

Dislikes

One thing I didn't necessarily like was the work pressure with my JD. However, that is something that comes with the job profile. I do enjoy my time here overall!

Need to set every positive have a KRA so that employee know what they have to do in their daliy routine. They have to set the account ability of every role. Also give a free hand to employees to take a decision to make their organisation more profitable.

At Union Living, I felt a sense of inclusivity. As a general management intern, right from the employees and directors to the founders, everybody co-operated with me and never made me feel left out or lonely. Union Living not only provided me with an amazing internship opportunity where I got to learn and explore but also with a lot of cherishable memories and worthy connections.

Every individual has a different nature and here at Union Living too, I came across some people who are not very willing to co-operate and this creates a bad impression and unhealthy working conditions. Union Living can work on creating good and healthy working conditions which would help the company grow and work smoothly.
