I liked that we were not provided with any laptop so never had to work post working hours, but the job profile is such that you don't needs any rigorous work. They do provide cab service, not-so-good meal

Dislikes

There's not much to learn. Primary research here basically is just "Cold calling" with no well defined criteria or structure to quantify the success. It's just luck if you get a call picked which decides majority of things here. No trainings are conducted apart from a 2 hour session on Excel and a two days session on ppts, because you don't need any of it for work, anyway. Some seniors do not value project research and the leadership team, apart from one or two members, is pretty shaky. They just exist. I've heard people says "It's a good company to start with" but if you're happy to start with mediocrity, please go ahead. I did it 😀 Gets really difficult to find another job cz during the interviews you'll realise you've learnt nothing and you need to start cooking your answers.

As a fresher, it is a good to start company. As the time passes, there will not be any growth in the skills and learning.

Dislikes

There is not any proper management of the leadership. The rotational shifts can make things difficult especially there will be more health concerns.
