They hire freshers and give ample training. Good platform for freshers to start their careers. Supportive team members. Exposure to processes of aerospace and defense OEMs. Canteen Facility.

Dislikes

...centric organization but least focussed on their employees. Terrible Management. No work-life balance, working late is a normal practice without any overtime pay!! You are normally expected to work at least 10 plus hours regularly. Each project has stringent deadlines, So delivery has to be ensured on time by hook and crook creating a hectic and stressful environment. Project leaders become scapegoats for missing any deadlines. The employee attrition rate is very high. Job security is nil. 'Hire and fire' is the principle they follow.

...you join this company it would be your one of your biggest mistake in your life. 3) Micro management 4)They never worried about employees career growth 5) Less salary 6) During COVID time we were staying inside the company and worked but management failed to recognise 7) They will recognise only who complains about others 8) At any cost work must be completed 9) They always see problem in people not on process. 10) Only few employees can work with them for long years. 11) Not Even a single day I worked pleasantly during my tenure.

Don't be enthusiastic by looking at infrastructure of the company development,as there is no proper facilities provided & HR management is like bull shit.

Nothing to tell everything is worst ever,life balance, environment,only infrastructure is good but bad work space,bad HR management,no humanity towards employees...

A guy without guidance or training he won't do anything, but here I got a training by the highly skilled management & my team. Company treats their employee as family. I'm always thankful to the whole organisation.
