The company has conducted communication training-accounting systerm, learned new thinks, in my 12 year working period i have gote 5 time increment accept last 5 year becouse company is in CDR & NCLT.

Dislikes

since last 4 years salary gote dealyed 2 to 3 month and no carrer growth/appraisal etc.

As a fresher one can learn many things in the company, also it provides opportunity for freshers to get employed (when many companies accept experienced personnel). The company has many equipments where one can develop his/her skills. Processess are also variables and standard to increase your knowledge.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth/increment is slow. The salary you get is delayed/late by minimum one month. There's ain't any facilities like lodging, gymnasium, busses/vehicles, etc.

QA Manger is very supportive and i have learn many more QA related activity from her.. she is very brilliant handling all the QMS and she is great teacher also.

salary is not on time .. only salary issue was there ...

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow and don't get salary time to time. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees as well as old employees.

Worst factory management is thinking they are like God they never do any mistake and salary issue and no tea nothing is there in company for staff also worker ki baat chodo they are taking all docs from you but they will not give any thing docs joining letter or anything because this company is not take carinh for employees.... think twice or i can say think 1000 of time when you join bad experience no saftety nothing is there no carrier Growth etc i have so much words but it is enough just read previous employees message

No carrier opportuinity management of warehouse is like God they never get ill or some problems dont join any one they damage our time as well as money also
