There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow and don't get salary time to time. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees as well as old employees.

Likes

As a fresher one can learn many things in the company, also it provides opportunity for freshers to get employed (when many companies accept experienced personnel). The company has many equipments where one can develop his/her skills. Processess are also variables and standard to increase your knowledge.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth/increment is slow. The salary you get is delayed/late by minimum one month. There's ain't any facilities like lodging, gymnasium, busses/vehicles, etc.

Likes

work environment is good, but their is no values and ethics of human resource, management activity is too poor they have been fragile the whole system from the root level, they not think for a single time about the employees only think gonna matter is by any how production would not hampered, even if they are paid or not.

Dislikes

the company does not even pay the salary of previous 3 months even in this covid 19 lockdown situation. No other facilities are there.

... support to us and how to handle the critical situation. But management is poor. And the most important thing is salary issues. 2-3 month delay

All the things are good at Unimark except salary as they are doing the same after 3-4 months. Three years Bonus pending.

Dislikes

safety point of view you are not safe at Unimark means you are not insured @ unimark because medical expenses not covered under company;s policy.
