HR, Branch Manager, Director, Timing, Working, Salary, Standard, Management. NOT TO JOIN AT ALL. CLIENTS SHOULD ALSO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They deduct employees salary and use them as relief fund for their company. Have Dictatorship environment. Fools clients and employees. Just give threats (no matter experienced or freshers).

.... You have to do all the things by yourself like coding , testing, everything. They are giving good salary and appraisal to employees. In company everyone is playing politics. Like upper level management. Work environment is like you have to reach office by 8:30 morning even max 2 late marks allowed. On 3rd late your salary will dedicated. You get assigned work at evening 5:30 on your leaving time of office and then you have to complete work by sit-in extra hours without pay.

Dislikes

There is more Negative environment then a positive one. They are switching you on technology. From one to other and other to some other. For E.x you have given interview in .net then there's not any surety that you will be in .net maybe next day they switched you on Java also give skill up for java nd you have to work on java then. After maybe there no need for java and they need you in some other technology then they again switch you from java to xyz technology.

No working culture ,they take your original document and hard to leave company . Harassing you to not leave company . If you want to leave company you have to stay extra 3 month with unpaid.

As I rated above, all the points are negative. Alot of politics between each and every person in company. Rather than work politics played main role in company. There is bond of 3 years. Compansation for the bond is 60000/- Rs. Also company policy is changed according to key person of the company. Each and every employee have to suffer 3 months of notice period. Finally, A very bad experience about this company.
