Nothing. Employees are really honest and good

Dislikes

They don't respect the employees. They need Employees to work all day and night, your salary will get deducted even you are late for one minute 09:31. There is no trust factor on employee. Employee should say yes to everything till they pay you. Its not the work place with an individual with self respect. All the employees left their organization were portrayed by them as thief to existing employees. They always need one single moment to deduct the salary. Work from home is treated as LOP in this organization. No Job security.
