Unifynd Labs gave me the opportunity to test my skills and learn by working on real world projects and get hands-on experience. The company culture is very good, people are very helpful and very nce to each other. Also, one of the best CEO's I have ever worked with. I have learned a lot of things from him while having conversations about design, tech, development and everything related to technology. There were times when the CEO took out time from his extremely busy schedule and helped us with design and development.

Dislikes

(Feedback is about the design team only and not about the CEO and other deparments) Interns are treated as if they have some flaws and they are students who are here because they don't know what they are doing. Design leads are very poor at managing the team, projects and other stuff. The interns do all the heavy lifting and their work goes unnoticed as the leads take all the credit of the work they don't do. There is a clear difference between a full-time employee and an Intern. If you join as an intern you will not get any help from the company, will have to bring your own laptop, if you don't have a laptop they won't give you the opportunity, if you have the PC they will ask to bring your own PC to the office but never provide a laptop for interns who really need it. Full time employees get a new laptop immediately when they join. HR team and their management is below average. As I said before, interns are ignored most of the times by the HR team and management. They lied about salary of full-time employee before joining as an intern and when I finished my internship I got offered a different salary package and not what I was told before joining. I noticed a very strange pattern, they only hire interns for 3-5 months duration and are always looking to hire new interns instead of full-time employees (Design and Tech team), since the work load is lot sometimes interns have to do the heavy lifting and make sure the work is done.
