Salary is never late. Not even by a day. Appraisals are also average but appraisals do happen, unlike other organisation's today and that's the best part. Nobody asks you to extend your day. Your shift is over and your day is done.

...e employees who run after their managers. That's the worst part of this company. Even if your performance is really good but your bond is not that strong with your manager, forget a hike in your salary. Run behind your managers blindly like adonkey and get as much as you want.

I have been with Unifyed for 5 years, I feel truly appreciate here. The company always appreciate over hard work , whether short out in meeting , awards and personal thanks you from managers . The positive recognition make a big difference ,boosting moral and motivation .it's clear tha Unifyed value each employee contribution and I am proud to be an part of this team.

Everything l There is no job security Phone is not allowed in this company People are workign Work From Home but you will not get the WFH HR is worst ,just because her the company is loosing its value Managers will be changed every year so you will not get hike

Burn-Outs due to management calls which happen when they get time Reversal of decisions after approvals on mail HR persuading handful of old employees to write false reviews
