To reduce the PF amount paid by employer, they show the base pay as low as possible and add remaining amount as special bonus 3. There are zero benefits from the company 4. Even if client recognise your work and you do your best. You get single digit hike without any performance review. And they play with the hike number to give as less as possible in in-hand salary

...he best thing is the environment to gain new opportunities & enhance the skills. Good salary packages & supportive leaders. An ample of projects are available from various domains. About the appraisal part, I have worked for 1 year & got more than 50% hike at a very good package. They always acknowledge their resources.

No good review about this company, bcz it is good for nothing company. It just maintains its employees if they are supplied with the monthly salary otherwise they will terminate on the spot. If somebody is looking for stable job don't look for this company.

No management is trained or professional. Account managers all you have who used to leave company almost every year. They will not provide any perks of being corporate employee.
