There is nothing to like about this company. Politics, Firing people, Salary issues, Uncultured employees. Some of the employees come from slam, their mouth is impeccable. You are not supposed to join this company.

My experience at unified infotech pvt Ltd had its challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to have worked there. A positive aspect was the chance to learn self-reliance and adaptability due to the absence of job security and skill development programs.

Dislikes

...security was a significant issue which made planning for the future challanging. Additionally the absence of a strong company culture, the limited opportunities for skill development and Salary delay sometimes were disappointing.

Likes

Company culture has been good enough, employees behave professional with each other, and salary gets credited timely.

Dislikes

As fresher it's a terrible place to start your career, not good enough training provided during internship. You can't be sure that you will be assigned to projects, not many skill improvement opportunities were given. Job security is 0℅ , u never know when they will terminate your position.

...ve a hire and fire policy. They hired me since the previous person had resigned. After 2 months they hired two resources with literally no experience with less than nothing salary. And fired me. 2. They penalized anyone even if a person was late by few minutes 3. The HR was rude, arrogant and thought herself to be the owner of the employees. She misused her powers always. She used to check the parcel boxes and its commodities of the employees 4. The whole system was running on buttering and obnoxious behavior 5. They frequently misbehaved with me with sharp tongue 6. Performance wise, they published all my written content and even received positive reviews, but they told me that I was not doing enough

It is a good company with good working environment. Provides salary on time and has no hassles.

Dislikes

The attrition rate is high and often misplan and mismanage resources that lead to cut off expenses and resources.
