Money is good. The colleagues I work closely with are nice. We can work from home sometimes.

Dislikes

FIRST. No form of accountability whatsoever, be it cases of harassment or people simply not doing their job. Nothing has consequences. It is very hard to get fired both as Management, staff (fixed term) or consultants (short term, project based). Employee dissatisfaction is worryingly high. SECOND. Public funds are not always used transparently, including non-transparent recruitment of senior management (we are talking €300-400K per year).

I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
