... law the shift timings is 9 hours but we work for 11 to 12 hours without any OT. And if we go and ask for OT pay, he tells that OT is only for machine operators and not for others. Then why the hell should I stay in the company after my shift hours. Work life balance is not zero. It's in negative stage here. Such a worst company that no one works here for more than 1 year except that Manager. My suggestion is instead of working in this company, you can sit idle in your home. My kind request to the higher authority is please look into this matter and pay us what we deserve.

They give half of salary to labours and other workers for covid 19 lockdown

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
