Work environment was good and superiors was also very supportive. I already left the job from there so right now they are not able to support me during this time but overall i was very satisfied.

... k reasons maangte hain.Ku chahiye kya krni kha jana hai aise aise puchte hain .Kaam krbaate hain 3-4 logon jitna Lekin salary k naam pe chillar dete hain.Mere sath k ek Employee Manjinder ka PF cut ho rha tha from the day of joining.Lekin mera PF bhi nhi ktta tha.Jb bhi pucho ki pf ku nhi kt rha to bolte ki company ka yhi process hai.Mujhe in 9 saalo mei 5-6 bar relocate kia taaki mei resign daal di.Aakhir mei whi hua jo company chahti thi.Mujhe resign dena pdaa.Itna jyada preshan kr dia tha ki zindagi narak lgne lgi thi.Meri bad wishes hain ki ye company barbaad ho jaye.Ab jis company mei mei hoon.Wo Unicorn Infosolutions pe laakh guna behtar hai.Saari facilities mil rhi hain PF hai Gratuity mentioned hai.or sath mei medical insurance bhi hai meri or meri family ka.Shod do Unicorn ko.

Pune Aera Manager (Mr maru)and Aundh Store Manager(Amol Jagtap) when they decide to remove any staff from organisation ( higher salary staff who work for more than 4 years) they issus warning mail agins staff, if staff give medical leave and provide all documents to company manager says thats not valid resons, and if any asking for valid reson to managers they tranfer staff to other locations and pressur to staff to resigns. and major factor any staff leave company its mins they deduct all store shortage from his salary. if you go to unicorn and ask old sales staff you will get same ansr. ( viraj Nerulkar Ji was one of the best Manager i am seen)

They take care of employees and also the staff security guard housekeeping they make sure everyone wears mask uses hand sanitizers and be hygiene always

...pany a lot it’s more coz it’s the place where I get my bread and butter ..only the thing which always lets me down my growth of salary it’s not happening and my hard work is not been shown sometime and main thing deduction of salary since 3 months

The fraud company is not refunding the money, and neither the owners nor the CEO are responding or replying. Instead of joining this fraudulent company, you may end up begging for help.
