... that Uniconverge Technologies is a struggling company and funds issue is there. Every month we get the salary late near about 20-22th of next month. If asked about this concern, HR Ms Prabha says ask sir. Sir here is MD Kaushlendra Singh Sisodia. Work culture is not good. Company's growth is been stopped due to bad reputation in the market due to failing in giving 100% job placement. They cut copy paste LinkedIn and Naukri job posting to the candidates and cheating them for their amount. Virtual classes provided by them is all the material copied from the internet. It's a big struggling company starting to scam honest students in the name of IIT universities. I strongly suggest reading this not to get enrolled to the Uniconverge Technologies and IOT Academy which is the same. Also for job seekers, do not employed with them. They are bad pay master

They don't give you exact your work. They call you and saying stop this work and do this. They make you fall into his trap by saying we have lot of things that you can learn and hyping about company that we did that and that, but when u join company they just give you work of soldering on pcb, neither code nor pcb designing manager do these interesting things alone. You just gonna inhale soldering smoke, and by chance if you are lucky they give u work of test arduino, stm32, nuvoton by already written code by someone else, you just need to connect pcb and upload code on 200+ pcb and just watch. Very very main thing, his name is uniconverge technology but his main work to produce or make pcb for school labs then sell to student there its more likely they will not give u work like code and pcb design. They will look you as a machine that solder pcb and other board, no code, no pcb design, no circuit layout just inhale smoke of soldering.

It's working on cutting edge technologies, Very good exposure for end to end system. Good clientele. Conducive atmosphere for growth due to international collaborations. senior staff is quite cooperative

Not much recreation activities in office, partly due to Covid issue as well.
