Huge disparity in salary for the same level. Basic benefits only. Avoid "Platform and Integrations" team, the tech leaders here consider the work responsibilities to be less complex than other teams.

People are nice there. Work culture is also fine if your are not coming from MNC.

They hired experienced person as a fresher without any hike on previous salary. If you are experienced person then don't join this company at 3LPA ask for more as 3LPA is also provided to fresher person who has no experience. No cab facility, No Wi-Fi reimbursement

micromanaging, and if you complaint to HR about this then HR won't do anything beside having whistler blower policy. They will make you sit late night in the office deliberately.
