They hired experienced person as a fresher without any hike on previous salary. If you are experienced person then don't join this company at 3LPA ask for more as 3LPA is also provided to fresher person who has no experience. No cab facility, No Wi-Fi reimbursement

zero job security, they can fire you by giving lame reasons and ask you to work 24 hours, if object or question then they will ask you to leave. Office politics is very bad here.
