Asking to handel multiple responsibilities and even after taking good grip on work and good result they are not doing proper appraisal. One more thing once you reaches to complete 5years service, they will start to find your mistakes and create situation to resigned.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive HR team is supportive, on time salary get credited. Company policies are good appraisal fair.

Career growth is slow. Accounts manager is not good.

The atmosphere of this company is good. The teammates here are very good or the way of working also told me to learn a lot.

No salary according to work here.There is very little chance of growth here even when there is no growth in time.

I have learn good supply chain knowledge in this company & time sense.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a globa client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.some times I have work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attended customer calls In the evening and some times late in to the night. Supply chain manager was not good during my period. That is the reason I was left my job.
