Unh Management looks after other companies employees compliance and salary part, but in unh employees are paid bit late and their compliance is not looked after properly. All 6 days are working and policies are changed suddenly without considering the managers and staffs.

You might be doing something different rather than what you are hired for. Workload is too much. There is no leaving time. You might be working late as well almost every day.
