5 days work from office and weekends work from home felxibility They blame you for each and everything. Doesn't matter if its business team fault design fault sales team fault. Managers way of motivation is that we will fire you. No good tech guyz left in this company. They will switch your tech stack and team randomly and if you say no fired in that moment itself. Joining bonus - never take this. This will ruin your life

Nothing to like about this company except for their decent package. But hasn't given any appraisals from last two years. Very toxic culture. You are expected to work 24*7 and it never changes.

Base pay was good for fresher but no benefits at all.

Terrible company, no culture, no future, no vision. No growth. No career advise. They just shuffle you around teams at their whim. Excruciatingly stupid - DU type people are running the show there in the CTO office, calling themselves project managers. These are the people who haven't ever seen the paper of a competitive exam.

They are the Pay masters. Very aggressive approach. Founders are involved. Startup’s should learn from them. Really aggressive.

No strategy. Always on pilot mode. Highly top to bottom driven company. CEO needs good people to build the company and should be ‘humane’ in approach. Insulting people for your pleasure makes you a small human being.

Salary on time only for onroll employees.

Dislikes

Frequent layoffs after admission season over mostly during July to December. No appraisals for employees, poor management for business growth, dictatorship, no funds for vendor payments, off roll employees. Late night meetings till 2:00 AM morning.. Untrained teachers, poor teaching pedagogy.
