If you're in UA, they have a very poor work life balance.. In sales if you have a new batch launch day, they will keep on telling you to work 9-9. They will ask you to work on Sundays. They will not compensate for the extra working day. It can be exhausting to work continuously for 9-10 days straight where they will ask a day prior ,oh launch date so work is 9-9. They won't care about work-life balance just for a penny salary with the efforts we put into. For any chance they get, they want to deduct the money....Read More
