Only good about incentives structures & salary part.

Only if you are your managers known specially from byju’s or from some other company then you will get all privileges like getting access to your managers nimbus account, getting high intent leads, Leaves , favours to save you from any PIP & or escalations and rapid layoff’s that to not based upon perform ( only chamchas will stay) .Unacademy is becoming next byju’s will not recommend anyone to join at this point of time.

Unacademy is the best platform to work, unfortunately there is no job security. In one day notice they remove the staff, no doubt they pay for it. But its amazing platform to work

no work life balance, working till 10 pm, huge talk time target, no job security.

... working in unicorn startup. No or minimum entry barrier to start your career. Timely salary - Last working day of month .

Dislikes

Poor or no job security. No down top communication - very less likely that your issue will be listened to by management. Unnecessary (unnatural)pressure in Sales and almost all teams. Very less perks in terms of incentive. No clear understanding of your job profiles as you may be frequently transferred to one team to another with different profiles. 6 days working .

Likes

The salary, the work culture and learnings were great. Also, great leaders like Roman Saini, Jagnoor Singh, Vivek Sinha, Gaurav Munjal.

Dislikes

Recruitment of the upper management hasn't been good. Need to hire more capable hands who can be the leader and drive their teams.

They fired many of us..didn't have clear vision. Hired a bunch of nincompoops who have already proved their proficiency by getting 2 startups closed earlier.
