When i joined everything was cool.. Later they increased talktime to 4 hours. Then they introduced mission day in a week ie; we have to work from 9 am to 9 pm on mission day, they will be expecting talk time of 5.5 hours on mission days. High work pressure.

...e balance, managers expects us to work on Sunday's also. Hesitate to give leave. Salary is decent bt career growth is slow.

Despite fulfilling all my job responsibilities professionally, the company failed to pay my full salary as per the agreed terms. No job security, shift timing is min 11 to 12 hours. HR are not professional they are like to hear from only sales managers not from executive levels.

Unacademy is the best platform to work, unfortunately there is no job security. In one day notice they remove the staff, no doubt they pay for it. But its amazing platform to work

no work life balance, working till 10 pm, huge talk time target, no job security.
