Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Working condition is good but company is not ready to give satisfaction salary to the employee they are giving very less salary to employee . Other then the salary overall condition is good.

The entire management is corrupt. COO of the company comes from store background and doesn’t know “E” of engineering and “A” of automobile. The top management takes bribe from all vendors. They have build an entire group which are hell bent on eating up this company. Worst management. Do not ever work here even if the opportunity arises.

UMW dongshin is one of the best company I have ever seen. Working culture is good & there is a lot of things asper technical & practical to know about it. We are having a lot of space for the massive improvement. We can show our industrial knowledge and talent for the growth of the company and that tends to improve our future carrier also.
