Timely salary no work pressure but u have to oiling to old employees

Few employees are working since last few years. Don't have adequate knowledge. Neither they will work properly nor allow u to perform better. Always they will pass false information to senior management. Senior management will blindly beleive on them!!

Nothing particular to dislike; it's a growing company which wants to transform itself at great speed.

Process oriented company, Salary on time, Leave policy is good, Senior Management and Cooperation from seniors. Strong management

Nothing significate to mention, since the company is in transformation phase whatever the issues are temporary

The Salary is upto date, in comparison to other companies. The office Staffs are friendly.

The Company's management is very weak and the work culture is not upto the standard. No fix timings for duty.

One of the best & emerging EPC companies at Odisha. UMSL tops at Work life balance, employee oriented policies, job satisfaction and what not. In this current adverse scenario, this is the first company who pays off their employees every month and exactly on 5th of every month without any fail or excuse. Very ease approaching to higher management for any prbms faced or help required. Really fortunate enough to get a chance to work here.

Dislikes

There are 3 to 4 employees who are working at UMSL since last 10 - 30 years without any specialization or eligibility but working here by playing a role of a spy of higher management and spreading malicious gossips and misrepresenting their targets/ rivals. But the same employees are also speaking against the chairman, VC, ED and everyone. They should be thrown out of the company for a toxic-free environment.
