Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

People are being mentally harrassed, Worst delegacy, they will treat co worker and colleauges like shit. If you have any influence they will pay you well even if you have zero knowledge

Dislikes

Working hours - People have to work late night by 8 n 9 but they will still deduct there salary even if you are 2 minutes latee. Constructive dismissal - Force to resign against your will if you ask clarification. Poor Manpower - U have to do labour work also

Team was good and very cooperative. PM and GM very supportive.

Dislikes

Management interested in too much of cost cutting where its really not required and leaves the main area where it was to be done. As I was recruited as QS but was also site HR, admin, accounts, planning engineer when required. If mistake from Store keeper then QS is responsible.
