The company is generally good because it allows people to learn more through the trainings they offer to employees. I was glad in the fact that I related with many team mates and we shared our ideas freely to achieve the same goal.The work environment was good and safe for everyone to work in and they also liked to engage in new technologies.

The privilege of working for Umeme I found most satisfying was the willingness to learn and develop, and allowed me to transfer knowledge and skills effectively. Management were always supportive allowing me the ability to schedule and plan my work activities.
