The head is emotionally immature. Doesn’t even have the etiquettes to talk to a woman. Very rude. If person like them is running the NGO and they don’t even have basic manners . It is very sad for the humanity.

The senior are very cooperative and interactive.

Dislikes

I joined in their as a legal intern but I learned nothing special with regards to legal and law field. Also, the hurtful part was even after giving my 110% I couldn't secure an LOR (letter of recommendation) just because I couldn't contribute/pay the required amount for it. I still feel bad about it.

It would be more attractive if the organisation fix some reasonable stipend for interns/ volunteers. That stipend will act as second motivation. First motivatiion would ofcourse be kindness. Paid internships help interns financially as well as professionally.

Working at Umeed - a drop of hope was one of my best experience till date. Shubhrajeet sir & Tejasvi sir both are so kind that it doesn't feel we are working under them as employee, infact they treat us like we are a team & working for a single goal.

Dislikes

Umeed- a drop of hope is perfect in all aspect. Yeah reaching head office was something i didn't like. But All thanks to Tejasvi sir he use to gather everyone at central Delhi. That was ease.
