No payment of salary for last 7months. Inadequate communication between managmemt and consultants. No proper resources available. Inadequate and totally untrained staff. You have to run yourself for everything. None bothers about responsibility.

*No proper management. *No salary on time. *We have to ask the salary as beggar. *Most of the time no basic facilities available for handling infected patients. * most of the time in critical care no gloves no sanitizer, no facemask, no head cap.

This is the organisation where torture is the first priority of management to the employees especially Indian employees patients are treated distinguishly upon there nationality the patients with black accent and non Indians are treated like animals

Management is very good but Coo Mr.mukesh is very bad experience in umc.he don't have any good culture. No experience in medical department as a Coo. He doesn't know anything. He is destroying day by day.

Present Coo Mr.Mukesh culture is not good. Very bad behavior and he doesn't have any experience in medical industry. He was spoiling all staffs life in umc. He is not given my experience certificate 7yrs I hardwork and simple complain I didn't get any one.
