Less benefits/ facilities other than salary. Poor guidance of HR/Admin over understanding of company vs employee facilities. Plant location is in very isolated place.

Part of Big Organization and Salary Credited on time but you have to work day and night without any holiday.

Unorganized system and way for work culture , no proper guidance and decision. No holiday no working hours ...Careless and unsporting HR and threating to work.

The teammates are good.There are some department conflict. Besides compensation, others things are good. One of the best part is learning, you will learn lots of things here. I also like the staff welfare activities.

Compensation is not so competitive as company to industry.But, they will give you promotion. Appraisal process is not depends on quality of work.It is done by face.

The way😡, the company kick off their employees and staff on very short notice or even on call in night👎. In Umang Dairies, job security is (Zero)0. They called to anyone in night or day and kick off their employees with very short notice of few hours like - 3 to 5 hours. When i was working their, the UDL terminate 3 managers(Including 2 plant heads) and a power plant manager, also the company terminate two executive. Very bad culture they are following their.
