The teammates are good.There are some department conflict. Besides compensation, others things are good. One of the best part is learning, you will learn lots of things here. I also like the staff welfare activities.

Compensation is not so competitive as company to industry.But, they will give you promotion. Appraisal process is not depends on quality of work.It is done by face.

Salaries on time. Good environment in factory even for families at colony. Shifting benefits received well. Work life & personal life balance is good enough.

Less benefits/ facilities other than salary. Poor guidance of HR/Admin over understanding of company vs employee facilities. Plant location is in very isolated place.

The way😡, the company kick off their employees and staff on very short notice or even on call in night👎. In Umang Dairies, job security is (Zero)0. They called to anyone in night or day and kick off their employees with very short notice of few hours like - 3 to 5 hours. When i was working their, the UDL terminate 3 managers(Including 2 plant heads) and a power plant manager, also the company terminate two executive. Very bad culture they are following their.
